About the role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for your own clients and support in all matters related to the housing cooperative's supplier invoices. You will have a lot of customer contact while playing an important role in our internal customer team collaborations. You will be part of a national team consisting of 25 people, but you will also work closely with colleagues in other parts of the organization.

Our platform simplifies and streamlines collaboration with our customers, and therefore we hope you find it enjoyable to work with IT systems and develop digital workflows.

Your previous experiences

  • Work experience in administrative tasks.

  • Strong interest in working in finance.

  • Experience in working with customer relations.

  • You need to have fluent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English, as you will have daily contact with our customers in these languages.

  • If you have experience in housing cooperative management, it is considered an advantage for the position.

  • It is highly meritorious if you have experience in financial work, especially in accounts payable.
